We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your King Sudoku account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please use our contact form in the app or on the web:
- Open the Contact Form (button below or in app: Settings → Contact & Feedback)
- Select "Delete Account" as the reason for contact
- Fill out the form with your details and submit

What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email address, display name)
- Game statistics (wins, losses, best times, streaks)
- Saved game progress for all game modes
- App settings and preferences
- Coin balance
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any purchased coins or in-app purchases will be lost and cannot be recovered or refunded.
Data Retained
The following data may be retained for legal and business purposes:
- Purchase transaction records (required for financial compliance) - retained for up to 7 years
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
