King Sudoku by Ammaneh
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ammaneh ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our King Sudoku mobile application (the "App"). King Sudoku offers optional premium subscriptions. Users without a premium subscription may choose to watch optional rewarded video advertisements (served by Google AdMob) in exchange for in-game benefits; premium subscribers are never shown advertisements.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple).
- Contact Information: When you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Information Collected Automatically
- Game Data: We collect your game statistics, including wins, losses, best times, streaks, and saved game progress.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, app version, language, and unique device identifiers.
- Advertising Identifiers (IDFA / Advertising ID): On iOS, we only access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) if you grant permission via the Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt. With your permission, this identifier is used to measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns and to serve more relevant (personalized) rewarded ads (see "App Tracking Transparency" and "Tracking and Advertising" below). If you decline, no IDFA is collected and any ads shown are non-personalized. On Android, Google AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID for ad serving, subject to your device's ad settings.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, time spent in the App, and in-app events (e.g., levels completed, purchases).
- Crash and Diagnostic Data: We collect crash reports and performance data to identify and fix bugs.
Purchase Information
When you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Stripe (web). We receive confirmation of purchases (transaction ID, product ID, price, currency, purchase date) via RevenueCat but do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS devices, we present the Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt to ask for your permission before linking data collected from this App with data from other companies' apps and websites for marketing measurement and advertising purposes.
If you grant permission, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared with our mobile measurement partner, AppsFlyer, so that we can determine which marketing campaigns brought you to King Sudoku and measure their effectiveness, and with Google AdMob so that any rewarded ads you choose to watch can be more relevant to you (personalized ads). We do not sell this data to advertisers.
If you decline, no IDFA is collected, no cross-app tracking occurs, and any rewarded ads you choose to watch are non-personalized. Declining does not remove access to any App functionality. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Create and manage your account
- Sync your game progress across devices

- Serve optional rewarded advertisements to users without a premium subscription, and grant the associated in-game rewards
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
- Send you technical notices and security alerts
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
Data Storage and Security
We use Firebase, a Google Cloud service, to store and process your data. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the following third-party service providers, each acting on our behalf for specific purposes:
- Firebase / Google Cloud (Google LLC): Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), hosting, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Data shared: account ID, email, game data, device information, usage events, crash logs.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: Subscription and in-app purchase management, entitlement validation, and purchase fraud prevention. Data shared: app user ID, device identifiers, purchase history, subscription status.
- AppsFlyer Ltd.: Mobile measurement partner used solely for marketing campaign attribution (measuring which of our marketing campaigns drove App installs). Data shared: device identifiers (including IDFA on iOS only with your ATT consent), install events, in-app events, and purchase events. AppsFlyer may share aggregated or campaign-level data with the ad networks running our campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): Serves the optional rewarded video advertisements shown to users without a premium subscription. Data shared: device information, IP address, ad interaction data (e.g., ad views and completions), and advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS only with your ATT consent; Advertising ID on Android subject to your device's ad settings). Google may use this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from ads.
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: Authentication providers used when you choose to sign in with these services. Data shared with us is limited to your email address, display name, and authentication token.
- Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing for web-based subscriptions. Stripe receives the information necessary to process the payment.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal requests, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Tracking and Advertising
King Sudoku shows optional rewarded video advertisements to users who do not have a premium subscription. These ads are served by Google AdMob and are always user-initiated: they only play when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit (such as a hint, a revive, or bonus coins). The App does not show banner or interstitial ads, and premium subscribers are never shown ads.
Whether rewarded ads are personalized depends on your choices:
- iOS: If you grant the App Tracking Transparency permission, AdMob may serve personalized ads using your IDFA. If you decline, ads are non-personalized.
- Android: You can opt out of ad personalization or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
For details on how Google processes ad data, see the Google advertising technologies page.
Beyond ad serving, we use device and user identifiers, with your consent where required, to:
- Measure which of our own marketing campaigns brought users to the App (via AppsFlyer);
- Understand how the App is used so we can improve it (via Firebase Analytics);
- Authenticate you, sync your progress, and validate purchases (via Firebase and RevenueCat).
Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency definition, our use of identifiers for marketing-campaign measurement and ad personalization constitutes "tracking," which is why we present the ATT prompt on iOS. You may decline this prompt without losing access to any App functionality.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
Data Retention
