Welcome to King Sudoku! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the King Sudoku mobile application (the "App") provided by Ammaneh ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases, including virtual currency ("Coins") and other virtual items.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability of virtual items at any time
• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ammaneh and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as authentication providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMMANEH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ammaneh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through our account deletion page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ammaneh operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
